1. Products and descriptions
We try to describe our products and their capabilities accurately. Detection depth and performance depend on the size, shape and metal of the target, ground mineralization, interference and the skill of the user. Any depth figures are typical values under good conditions and are not a guarantee. No metal detector can guarantee that you will find gold or treasure.
2. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
- Prices may change without notice, but the price shown at the time of your order confirmation applies to that order.
- Payment can be made by the methods shown at checkout or as confirmed by our team (for example UPI, bank transfer or online payment gateway). An order is confirmed only after payment is received or the order is accepted for Cash on Delivery where offered.
- A GST invoice is provided with every order.
3. Orders by WhatsApp or phone
When you order through WhatsApp or phone, we will share the product, price, shipping details and payment information in writing before you pay. Our policies on this website apply to these orders too.
4. Shipping, returns and warranty

5. Lawful use
You are responsible for using metal detectors in accordance with Indian law. Do not search on private land without the owner’s permission, or on protected monuments and archaeological sites. 6. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to Vishco Metal Detectors and Engineering Equipment and may not be copied without permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the price paid for that product.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jodhpur, Rajasthan shall have jurisdiction.
