All metal detectors sold by Vishco Metal Detectors and Engineering Equipment come with a 2yrs manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery, unless a different warranty period is stated on the product page.
What is covered
- Manufacturing defects in electronics (control box, PCB, display, speaker)
- Faults that appear during normal use as described in the user manual
What is not covered
- Physical damage, cracks, broken shafts or cables caused by drops or misuse
- Water damage to parts that are not waterproof (search coils may be waterproof; control boxes usually are not — see product details)
- Damage from wrong batteries, chargers or reverse polarity
- Opening, modifying or repair by anyone other than us
- Normal wear and tear of consumables such as batteries, skid plates and headphones
How to claim warranty
- Contact us on +91 9166516559 or vishcoindia@gmail.com with your invoice and a short video of the problem.
- We first try to solve it remotely. If the machine needs repair, we will share the service address.
- Repaired or replaced units are shipped back to you free of charge within India during the warranty period.
After warranty
We continue to offer paid repair, spare parts and upgrades after the warranty ends.
